This Privacy Policy explains what information Click Vault LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit gg.sealproduct.com or purchase SugarGenesis, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order information: name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number, collected when you place an order.
- Payment information: payment card details are collected and processed by BuyGoods, the retailer of this product. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Support information: anything you tell us when you contact customer service by phone or email.
- Marketing sign-ups: your email address if you subscribe to updates.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system and referring page.
- Pages viewed on this site, time spent, and links clicked.
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described below.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want your medical history, diagnoses, test results or prescription information. Please do not send health information to our support team. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
2. How we use your information
- To process, ship and confirm your order.
- To provide customer support and handle refunds and returns.
- To send transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notifications and refund notices. These are not marketing emails and are sent for every order.
- To send marketing emails, only where permitted, and only until you unsubscribe.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and chargeback misuse.

3. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with parties that need it to deliver your order or run our business:
- BuyGoods, as retailer of this product, for payment processing, order management and refunds. BuyGoods handles your information under its own privacy policy.
- Our fulfillment house, to pick, pack and ship your order and to receive returns.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your package.
- Email and analytics providers, to send messages you have opted into and to measure site usage.
- Legal authorities, when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property or the safety of others.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, measure traffic, and understand which pages perform well. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, parts of the site may not function correctly.
We may use third-party analytics and advertising services that set their own cookies. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry standard for responding to it, and this site does not currently respond to those signals.

You can stop receiving marketing emails from us at any time, at no cost, in any of these ways:

- Email us at support@carecenterteam.com with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line, from the address you want removed.

We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. After you unsubscribe you may still receive transactional messages about an order you have already placed — order confirmations, shipping updates and refund notices — because those are necessary to complete your purchase.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, request a copy in a portable format, or object to certain processing. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah have specific rights under their state laws, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This site and this product are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information to them.
