These Terms of Service govern your use of gg.sealproduct.com and your purchase of SugarGenesis. By visiting this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Click Vault LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. BuyGoods is the retailer of the products sold on this site and processes all payments. Your purchase is also subject to the terms of BuyGoods as retailer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from this site. This product is not intended for anyone under 18.
3. Orders and pricing
- All prices are shown in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated.
- Every order placed on this site is a single, one-time purchase. We do not enroll you in any subscription, auto-ship or continuity program, and no recurring charge is applied.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed reasonable quantity limits. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
- We make every effort to display prices and product information accurately. If an error occurs, we may correct it and cancel any affected order, refunding you in full.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and address errors. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help resolve it.

6. Product and health disclaimer
SugarGenesis is a dietary supplement, not a drug. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for it. Consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before using this or any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, managing a diagnosed medical condition, or taking prescription medication. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read on this site. Individual results vary, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed.
7. Anti-spam policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward unsolicited commercial email. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and applicable state laws.
How we handle email
- We send marketing email only to people who requested it or who provided their address in connection with a purchase or inquiry.
- We never buy, rent, sell, harvest or scrape email lists, and we do not email addresses obtained by automated means.
- Every marketing email we send identifies the sender, includes a valid physical postal address, and contains a working unsubscribe link.
- Our subject lines and header information are accurate and not deceptive.
- Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days and are free of charge.
- We do not conduct SMS or text-message marketing.
What we require of anyone promoting this product

- No misleading subject lines, false header data, or disguised sender identities.
- No use of purchased, rented, harvested or third-party lists.
- No income, health or results claims beyond those approved in writing by us.
- Compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, FTC rules and all applicable laws at all times.
Violation results in immediate termination of any promotional relationship and may result in legal action. If you believe you have received spam relating to this product, report it to support@carecenterteam.com with the full message including headers, and we will investigate.
8. Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to use this site to violate any law; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; to introduce malware; to scrape, mine or harvest data by automated means; to interfere with the operation of the site; or to infringe the rights of any person.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, product names and design — is owned by Click Vault LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute it without our written permission.
10. Testimonials and endorsements
Any customer statement published on this site is the genuine, unpaid opinion of an actual customer and can be verified upon request. Results described are the experience of that individual and are not typical or guaranteed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted and the date at the top of this page will change. Your continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
